I just heard the most phenomenal podcast (I’ve been getting into podcasts lately)!

I listened to it on Spotify.

It’s from the podcast ‘The School of Greatness’ and the title of the episode is “EP 740 The Secret to Happiness”.

I have never been so shook at what I heard. IN FACT… IN FACT it must have been fated for me to hear this because it was an eye opener. I highly recommend listening to this. It gave me the motivation to clean out my car, my room, my bathroom, and do some serious laundry.

It’s a real eye opener and it keeps your attention. It’s not super long (thank god) and has fantastic points.

I especially recommend if you suffer for depression and/or anxiety… or maybe if you’re just in a really low point in life.
